​KEITH entered the USAF 1991 and attended Security Police Technical Training.  Served enlisted Security Police from 1991 until receiving his commission in 1997 through the Deserving Airman Commissioning Program.  Served at 610th SFS, Carswell ARS, Texas (1997-2000); 913th SFS, Willow Grove ARS, Pennsylvania (2000-2002); Chief, Readiness and Contingencies Branch, Security Forces Directorate, AFRC, Robins AFB, Georgia (2002-2006); Commander, 913th SFS, Willow Grove ARS, Pennsylvania (2006-2007; Operations Officer, 610th SFS, Carswell ARS, Texas (2007-2010); Chief, Garrison and Support Branch, Installation and Mission Support Directorate, HQ AFRC, Robins AFB, Georgia (2010-2012); and Commander, 610th SFS, Carswell ARS, Texas (2012-2016).  Was awarded Meritorious Service Medal w/3 OLC; Air Force Accommodation Medal w/2 OLC and the Air Force Achievement Medal w/OLC. Retired February 1, 2016.  His current occupation is Physical Security, U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing.

ARTHER entered the service in November 1976 and retired in November 1994.  His 18-year career saw assignments to:  Dyess AFB, Texas (1976-1979); Incirlik AB, Turkey (1979-1980); HQ USAFE, Ramstein AB, Germany (1980-1984); USAF Security Police Academy, Lackland AFB/Camp Bullis, Texas (1984-1987); Woensdrecht AB, Netherlands (1987-1988); RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom (1988-1989); McChord AFB, Washington (1989-1993) and Holloman AFB, New Mexico (1993-1994).  Author has received numerous accolades during his career including Company Grade Officer of the Year (1979); Military Training Officer of the Year (1986) and Field Grade Officer of the Year (1988).  Was awarded the Airman’s Medal; Meritorious Service Medal w/3 OLC; Air Force Commendation Medal w/2 OLC; Air Force Achievement Medal and National Defense Service Medal.

TERRY ​was born September 21, 1966, in Anderson, IN.  Entered the USAF May 13, 1987.  Security Police Technical Training and M-60 Machine Gun course, September 1987.  Served active-duty Security Police/Security Forces at 52nd SPS, Spangdahlem, AB, Germany (1987–1990); 840th SPS, Malmstrom AFB, Montana (1990–1992); 96 SPS/7 SFS Dyess AFB, Texas (1992–1999) and 610 SFS, Carswell ARS, Texas (1999–2014).  Deployments included Al Jaber, Kuwait (1999) and Kirkuk AB, Iraq (2008).  Accomplishments included, Senior Airman Below the Zone; Stripes for Exceptional Performers (STEP) - Technical Sergeant; Air Force level - Outstanding Civilian Employee of the Year, Air Force Reserve Component (2006) and promotion to Chief Master Sergeant (1 May 2011).  Meritorious Service Medal w/OLC; Air Force Accommodation Medal w/2 OLC and the Air Force Achievement Medal w/2 OLC. Retired September 29, 2014.  His current occupations is a Federal Background Investigator/Trainer.

MSgt (Ret) Robin Younk

ROBIN entered the USAF in 1991 and completed Security Police Technical Training.  Served active-duty Security Police at 24th SPS, Howard AFB, Panama as part of the Mounted Horse Patrol later being re-assigned to the 7th SFS, Dyess AFB, Abilene, TX., until joining the USAFR assigned to the 910th SFS, Youngstown AFRB, Ohio, before transferring to the 610th SFS, Carswell ARS, Texas, in 2000.  Mobilizations included: 9-11, Kuwait, Masirah Island, Qatar, and Iraq.  Retired in 2014 with 23 years of service. Residing in Weatherford, Texas since 2003, currently working for the Parker County Sheriff's Office.  Active member of the Bush Legacy Republican Women of Weatherford, serving as President, Finance Chair, and various committees.  Volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA Hope for Children, numerous Habitat for Humanity’s projects, and a member of the American Legion Chapter 163.  Greatest love is her daughter Brenda Allison.

​DEL entered USA in August 1982.  Three years as an Army military policeman, he joined the Air National Guard in Tennessee.  During his 36 years of service, he had assignments to West Germany (1983-1984) Campbell, Kentucky (1984-1985); Nashville, Tennessee (1985-1990); Phoenix Arizona (1990-1991); Fort, Arkansas (1991-2008); District of Colombia (2008-2010); Headquarters Air Force (2010-2012); District of Colombia (2012-2013); Fort Worth, Texas (2013-Present).   Deployments include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Eskan Village (1997), Israel (2000), Manas, AB Kyrgyzstan (2002), Baghdad, Iraq (2005), Kirkuk, Iraq (2006), Al Udeid AB Qatar (2007).  Decorations include Meritorious Service Medal w/3 OLC, Joint Commendation Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal W/2 OLC, Army Commendation Medal w/2 OLC, Air Force Achievement Medal w/1 OLC, Army Achievement Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Headquarters Air Force Badge, Phoenix Raven Tab, Air Assault Badge, Ram Head Device (Mountain), Holland Jump Wings, German Gold Badge

WAYNE served nearly 30 years in the Air Force from 1966-1995 in numerous Air Police and Security Police capacities in the United States and overseas locations including Vietnam, Okinawa, Philippines, Germany and the United Kingdom.  Chief Cox served as the 10th Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Air Force Chief of Security Police and the Chief Enlisted Manager.  Since retirement, he has worked for the University of California, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the Department of Defense Dependents School-Europe in Wiesbaden, Germany and the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Washington, D.C.  He is currently the Central Area Emergency Manager, Office of Emergency Management & Safety, US Citizenship & Immigrations Services, Department of Homeland Security in Dallas, TX.  He is married to the former Cathy Ann Parker of San Antonio, TX .


VICTOR grew up in a small town in Missouri.  He was one of 12 children with 5 of his 6 brothers all serving in the armed forces.

Col (Ret) James R. Vineyard

​JAMES was born February 4, 1944, Bay City, Michigan.  1962 Graduate of Central High School, Muncie, Indiana.  Received his BA in Political Science from Ball State University and an MA in Administration of Criminal Justice from Webster University.  He enlisted in the USAF in 1968 and later commissioned in 1969.  His service was in Security Police/Security Forces.  He left active duty in 1977 and entered USAFR in 1978.  He had two overseas assignments within one year in Southeast Asia (Thailand).  Mobilized during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.  Retiring in October 1999.  He joined the Dallas Police Department in July of 1977 retiring in 2004.   After promotion to Detective/Senior Corporal, he served 17 years in the Crime Scene Unit.  He is a certified latent Fingerprint Examiner and Crime Scene Analyst. Colonel Vineyard and his wife, Anne, reside in Garland, Texas.  They have two children and one grandchild.

  Col (Ret) Scott S. Russell

SCOTT, enlisted in the USAF, 1979 as a Security Police.  Served active-duty at 81st SPS, Royal AF, Bentwaters, England (January 1980 – December 1981); 322nd MSS, Grand Forks AFB, ND. (1982-1983).  Continuing his education through the Airman Scholarship and Commissioning Program, Reserve Officer training Corps Detachment 415 (1983-1987) University of Minnesota, commissioned in 1987 as Office of Special Investigations Counterintelligence Office and Criminal Investigator.  1993, he returned to the career field, Commander, 934th SFS, Minneapolis-St. Paul ARS, MN (1993-1997); Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell AFB, AL (1997-1998); Commander, 911 SFS, Pittsburgh International Airport-Air Station, MN (1998–2003); Chief of Security Forces, 10th AF, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX (2003–2009); Reserve Advisor, Headquarters AFOSI, Joint Base Andrews, MD (2009-2011); Commander, 459 MSG, Joint Base Andrews, MD (2011-2014); and Commander, 434 MSG, Grissom ARB, IN.  Numerous medals including the Legion of Merit.

 TSgt (Ret) Randall W. Simpson

RANDALL born March 27, 1954 and entered the USAF August 16, 1972 and completed Security Police Technical Training.  Served active-duty Security Police at the 381st SPS, McConnell AFB, Kansas (1972-1973); 10th SPS, RAF Alconbury, UK (1973–1975); then back to 381st SPS, McConnel AFB, Kanas (1975-XXXX); 7350th ABG/SP Division, Tempelhof Central Airport, West Berlin, Germany (XXXX-XXXX); and 351st SPG, Whiteman AFB, Missouri (XXXX-1992).  Randall’s most memorable experiences were the hijacking of Polish Lot Airliners into Berlin with defectors and the working leaks on Titan II missiles in Kansas.  Retired September 1, 1992.  After retirement, he served as the Tarrant County Deputy Sheriff, Tarrant County, Texas and Grand Prairie City Marshall, Grand Prairie, Texas.  Married to Shirley Loise Kilian Simpson and have two sons:  Jason Randall Simpson and Eric Robert Simpson.

GUY entered the USAF December 1991.  Security Police Technical Training and M-60 Machine Gun course, 1992.  Served active-duty Security Police at 5th SPS, Minot AFB, ND (1992-1993); 8th SPS, Kunsan AB, ROK (1993–1994); 96 SPS/7 SFS Dyess AFB, Texas (1994–1999); 610th SFS, Carswell ARS, Texas (1999–2007; Vulnerability Assessment Team, HQ AFSFC, Lackland AFB, Texas (2007-2010); 104th SFS, Barnes ANGB, Maine (2010-2018), while at Barnes ANGB, he became a First Sergeant; which led to his selection as the Wing Career Advisor, 301st FW, Carswell ARS, Texas (2018-present).  Deployments included SOUTHERN WATCH, BRIGHT STAR, ENDURING FREEDOM, NOBLE EAGLE, IRAQI FREEDOM, INCA GOLD, INHERENT RESOLVE AND FREEDOM’S SENTINEL.  Meritorious Service Medal w/3 OLC; Air Force Accommodation Medal w/2 OLC and the Air Force Achievement Medal w/3 OLC.

Clinton Bass

CLINTON, enlisted in the Air Force in 1967.  He went to Lackland AFB for basic training and Air Police School.  Serving active-duty Security Police Azores with a follow-on to Forbes AFB, Topeka, KS.  In late 1967 he went to Kunson AB, Korea, when the Pueblo was taken.  Then back at Forbes until ‘69 when he was sent to Da Nang AB, Vietnam (June 1969).  Assigned to the 366th AP (1969 to 1970).  Clinton upon returning to the states he was transferred to Whiteman AFB, Missouri and was later discharged from there.  Clinton now lives in Trenton, TX., with his wife of 47 years, Kathi.
